Job Summary

The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources (HR) team including recruitment, compensation & benefit (C&B) tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient process of HR activities.

Job Responsibility

1. Recruitment tasks:

  • Collect and screen candidate resumes.
  • Schedule and coordinate interview sessions.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
  • Support HR teams in organizing and arranging internal and external meetings.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

2. C&B tasks:

  • Keep and manage employee’s profile and related personal records, handle physical employee’s documents from onboarding to offboarding
  • Handle monthly timesheet of collaborator
  • Consolidate employee’s personal information for monthly social insurance registration
  • Handle other paperwork for the HR team.

  • Proactive in tasks, meticulous.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English across all skills (speaking, writing, reading, and listening).

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience or internships in HR is advantageous.

C&B Intern

Job Summary 

Responsible for supporting all administrative activities and documentation related to compensation and benefits (C&B), as well as other HR administrative tasks, in alignment with company policies and HR objectives. 

Job Responsibility 

  • C&B tasks: 
    • Maintain and update employee profiles and personal records.  
    • Handle documentation from onboarding to offboarding.  
    • Support and follow up on the full-cycle journey of company collaborators.  
    • Assist with documentation, monthly timesheet collection, and verification for collaborators.  
    • Prepare and manage collaborator-related paperwork, including contracts and email communication. 
  •  Admin tasks: 
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes. 
    • Assist in organizing HR-related meetings and events.  
    • Support in preparing periodic HR reports and documentation.  
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR team. 

 Required Skills/ Abilities 

  • Proactive mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Good planning, time management, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Eagerness to learn and a patient, professional attitude. 
  • Proficient in English across all skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.  

 Experience and Education 

  • Final-year university or college students majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or related fields. 
  • Prior experience or internships in Human Resources is a plus. 
  • Strong interest in administrative processes and a desire to pursue a career in the HR field. 
  • Availability to work full-time for a duration of 6 months.
