Job Summary

The Recruiting Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s talent acquisition efforts. You own a full-cycle recruitment process across various departments and levels; collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talents while ensuring a smooth and positive journey for all candidates.

Job Responsibility

1. Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for junior and mid-level positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to establish interviewing criteria, ensuring a deep understanding of the hiring requirements and ideal candidate personnel.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to hiring managers to optimize recruitment processes to successfully hire the best fit for the role.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing pools including job posting, headhunting agencies, utilizing the professional network, and conducting targeted searches.
  • Proactively create and maintain applicant pools by building and nurturing positive relationships with promising candidates and specialists in the industry for future hires.
  • Track and prepare reports on key recruitment metrics.
  • Serve as a key contact point for new hires, provide them ongoing support and guidance during their probation to ensure a smooth transition and foster belonging sense.

2. Administration & Other Duties:

  • Participate in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Cooperate with headhunting agencies on contract and payment paperwork.
  • Support on additional projects/ tasks.

Experience and Education

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources and Employment Laws.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM), Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Additional certification in recruitment is an advantage.

Senior C&B Executive

Full Time | Ho Chi Minh City

Job Summary

The Senior C&B Executive will handle C&B operations and support the Supervisor/ Manager levels. Key responsibilities include managing complex payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations, handling PIT declarations and finalizations, and resolving issues related to Social Insurance and other statutory benefits. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and government reporting requirements.

Job Responsibility

1. Payroll & Tax

  • Process monthly timesheets, execute payroll, and prepare payslips accurately and timely.
  • Process payments for freelancers, interns, etc.
  • Register tax codes for new employees and dependents.
  • Collect and manage dependent documentation.
  • Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly PIT declarations and annual finalizations.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers and headquarters to manage PIT for expatriates.

2. Insurance & Benefits

  • Prepare SHUI reports reflecting increases, decreases, and adjustments of the month.
  • Handle procedures for medical treatment location changes, personnel information updates, and social insurance claims.
  • Reconcile SHUI contribution data with Social Insurance Department records and ensure timely payments.
  • Address and resolve issues related to Social Insurance compliance.
  • Manage employee healthcare insurance, including monthly adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement benefit programs (Birthday, Tet, Mid-Autumn, team building, etc.).

3. Employee Lifecycle & HRIS

  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
  • Administer employment contracts, monitor renewal timelines, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Manage termination procedures and related documentation.
  • Input and update employee data in the HR system (e.g., employee information, contracts, work history, approval flows).
  • Coordinate system enhancements to meet evolving HR needs.
  • Ensure HRIS data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain and improve system accuracy, reliability, and compliance.

4. Reporting & Budgeting

  • Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, resignation, labor contract renewal, annual leave balance, etc.).
  • Generate C&B reports (monthly booking & forecast, workshare, productivity, yearly budget, etc.).
  • Submit statutory reports to government authorities.
  • Support audit-related reporting requirements.
  • Provide reports to Headquarters or as required by Head of Department, and other departments.
  • Prepare reports on personnel-related expenses.

5. Supporting

  • Advise employees on benefit-related queries in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Participate in HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as an in-house Senior C&B Executive or C&B Supervisor in multinational companies.
  • Good knowledge of Labor law, PIT law, Social Insurance law, and other related regulations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM), Accounting, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
