Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Director with strong experience in leading strategy and overseeing the execution of content and outreach on social media channels to support omnichannel marketing objectives and social commerce.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in developing and managing social media content, outreach, and social commerce across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. The candidate must be strategic, organized, and demonstrate clear communication skills with both clients and internal teams. Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to provide qualitative analysis and optimize content and/or strategy is critical.

Supervisory Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the social media department, providing direction and support to ensure high performance and strategic alignment.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between the social media team and other departments, especially Client Service and Strategic Planning teams.

Job Responsibility

1. Social Media/ Commerce Planning and Performance:

  • Lead social content and outreach strategy, providing production oversight for omnichannel execution. This includes creating social calendars, ideating content, writing social copy, directing social creatives, and managing the community.
  • Lead social commerce efforts, including developing business strategies for social commerce and building teams within the company and with external partners.
  • Delegate tasks and provide comprehensive feedback to a team of talented social media managers and creatives, focusing on copy, creative, and platform-specific optimizations.
  • Oversee execution timelines to ensure the smooth delivery of large-scale projects, managing both internal and client priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Client Service team to communicate about social content and outreach timelines, performance/KPIs, reporting, incremental opportunities, brand strategy, and feedback.
  • Oversee the production process of social media content, acting as the gatekeeper for style guides, marketing priorities, and legal considerations.
  • Identify and share trends in social media with the global social network.
  • Measure and analyze content effectiveness using metrics that establish, validate, and continuously iterate on various content strategies, and effectively share insights with clients.
  • Stay current on platform updates, innovations, and competitors, ensuring best practices are applied across all channels and learnings are shared across teams.
  • Work with the Media team to support campaigns with data-driven content recommendations and oversee the production of deliverables.
  • Embody the voice of the brand at every touchpoint, leveraging channel-specific tactics that adhere to algorithm best practices.

2. Team management and growth:

  • Maintain stable operations among team members.
  • Inspire the team to continuously learn and improve themselves.
  • Train and coach Social team members based on job-specific and market needs.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to digitalize the agency’s competency with innovative social knowledge.

Required Skills/ Abilities

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. This role will work closely with senior managers, internal leadership, and clients.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure existing projects run smoothly and new opportunities are scoped and executed efficiently.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience in sharing new ideas with clients.
  • Expertise in social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and other methods to measure content success.
  • Thoroughness and keen attention to detail, especially under tight deadlines.

Experience and Education

  • At least 10 years of working experience in an advertising agency.
  • Deep knowledge of social planning, implementation, and market trends.
  • Experience working with Japanese clients/brands is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

Social Media Specialist

Job Summary

The Social Media Specialist manages brand SNS profiles, engages with consumers, distributes content, and creates performance reports to improve brand presence. You will plan and manage social outreach campaigns, work with influencers, and ensure campaigns meet KPIs. Key requirements include strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and project management expertise.

Job Responsibility

1. SNS Management

  • Be able to manage the existence of brand SNS profile and maintain 2-way communication between brand and consumers: responding to comments, inbox, and engaging activities (minigame, contests, etc.).
  • Distribute and promote brand content across SNS channels consistently (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Forum, etc.).
  • Be able to make SNS reports (Fan-page performance: social post-performance, fan growth, audience pool, fan-page responsiveness, etc.) to evaluate the performance of brands on social and suggest solutions to improve the brand’s SNS.
  • Proactive suggest innovative content format solutions & proactively research for content betterment.

2. Social Outreach Planning & Management

  • Understand creative direction and be able to provide content direction for social outreach channels on various platforms to deliver the brand message successfully.
  • Be able to make social proposals & follow up with a variety of influencers and social channels: celeb, mega to nano influencers, hot community, hot fan-page, etc. for execution.
  • Proactively up-to-date trends/ platforms/ rising influenced stars for planning.

3. Project Management

  • Communicate efficiently with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Take part in the working process of taking briefs, debriefing, and proposal consolidation.
  • Collect required data for making proposals & reports.
  • Effectively execute the campaign to achieve committed KPI within budget.
  • Handle paperwork contracts with influencers/ communities, etc.
  • Be able to manage & guide 1 – 2 interns/ trainees as a team while running the projects.
  • Other duties depend on project requirements.

  • Good at communication in both English & Vietnamese.

Job Summary

As a Social Media Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to join a dynamic, passionate, and ambitious team, working on a variety of social media campaigns for multiple brands. This role will allow you to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of social media, helping you grow your skills and expand your expertise.

Job Responsibility

1. Monitoring & Report – 40%

  • Monitoring Social Platform (Facebook Fanpage, Instagram Business, Tiktok,…): reply comments and inbox, maintain users’ interaction, collect and fill data contests/minigames…
  • Social Analysis – Report Analysis: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, VOC, Sentiment

2. Project management (Project, timeline, human) – 40%

  • Support to implement all booking related tasks on social media, especially KOLs/Community booking.
  • Ensure project timeline, paperwork process, payment with suppliers.
  • Report progress and quality of work to your mentor.

3. Social Experts – 20%

  • Stay on top of industry trends, seek out and share information on new channel opportunities to apply to client business needs, and provide insight by vertical.
  • Support team members to grow up and develop social skills together.

4. Other assigned tasks by Line manager.
