The Account Director plays a pivotal role in leading 360° Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaigns, acting as the key connector between clients and internal teams. This position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to coach junior team members while ensuring high-quality service delivery and business growth.
Supervisory Responsibility
You will supervise and mentor a team of 3-5 members. Your leadership will be essential in providing strategic direction, performance feedback, and fostering professional development for your team.
Job Responsibility
Lead and oversee the development of integrated marketing communication (IMC) campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment across departments and delivering compelling proposals that meet client objectives.
Act as the key point of contact for clients, managing briefs, budgets, and expectations while fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, consistently striving to expand client portfolios and drive revenue growth.
Monitor project performance, including sales and gross profit (GP), and provide actionable insights to optimize outcomes.

Experience and Education

Proven track record working in both Automotive and FMCG sectors (e.g., food, homecare).
Knowledge in Communication, Marketing, Research, and Business Development is an advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

Job Summary
The Account Supervisor is responsible for the ownership of overseeing the client’s projects by leading and monitoring our IMC Campaigns. He/ She has to connect both client & internal teams effectively to ensure the high quality of each project.
The role of this position also includes coaching the junior team members.

Job Summary
A Senior Account Executive takes responsibility for daily communication with internal teams and clients to deliver work progress. This position’s roles also consist of making reports, doing market, competitor, and communication reviews.
Job Responsibility
Act as a “gatekeeper” for quality control. Involve communication in whole internal and external meetings from the beginning steps until the campaign ends.
Project execution and management: receive briefs and work with functional teams or seek out suitable resources.
Participate and contribute to strategic planning and creative development through market/ competitor reviews and research support for internal team.
Daily contact with the client on project WIP & reports. Prepare reports for internal teams. Do market and competitor reviews.
Manage and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
Other tasks assigned by the Account Manager/ Account Director.
