As a Senior Account Manager, you will spearhead not only our clients’ advertising campaigns but also their businesses toward success. Going beyond an adviser, you are positioned as our client’s business partner who fully grasps every facet of their business and harmonizes consumer mindset with them. Your comprehensive understanding of client’s challenges and opportunities will enable you to drive our staff to more insightful proposals and superior business results.
Job Responsibility
Discover and nurture new business prospects by communicating directly with key decision-makers of clients (Director/ Manager level).
Possess an in-depth understanding of client business and the ability to utilize the consumer mindset analysis to support the Strategic Planning department.
Articulate and convey client requirements effectively.
Drive flawless service delivery and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Consistently demonstrate your strategy and presentation prowess to lead projects to success.
Foster and coordinate teamwork among Hakuhodo’s departments.
Support continuous improvements of project processes across teams and clients.
