Job Summary

The Associate Digital Media Director is a digital team leader, typically assigned to one large strategic account or several mid-scale/core clients. Primarily responsible for the development of management and measurement frameworks to steer and monitor program progress and success. Acts as a digital media representative for internal stakeholders/client partners as well as the key point of contact for cross-functional disciplines. Client programs include data-driven digital media campaigns and integrated multi-channel campaigns to successfully engage and influence consumers at each funnel stage.

Supervisory Responsibility

As part of this role, you will directly lead a team of 6 – 7 members.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a partner with a deep understanding of our client’s business to develop and maintain a strong relationship with them.
  • Have a strong demonstrated ability in campaign management, planning, and optimization functional responsibilities.
  • Resolve major ad operations issues with publisher partners or creative partners.
  • Responsible for the client’s media projects that deliver against the client’s goals, business objectives, and drive value.
  • Evaluate and contribute the forward-thinking strategies implications of media/industry/brand developments and identify opportunities and threats to businesses.
  • Develop a management and measurement framework to steer and monitor campaign progress and success.
  • Set viable objectives and KPIs and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs.
  • Able to guide and supervise the implementation and operational aspects of the business including digital ad serving, digital operations, and finance operations.
  • Proactively devising and pushing new concepts to manage/grow the project, Including analytics, and innovative strategy.
  • Provide team vision, direction, management, and support to individuals within the digital unit by providing actionable insights and a strategic optimization framework. Guide and troubleshoot for the team on advanced application usage.
  • Often able to “stand alone” with project, team, and client, without senior leadership guidance on small and mid-scale clients.
  • Assist the Digital Media Director in growing business opportunities with current and new businesses.

Required Skills/ Abilities

Experience and Education

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in global digital media agency function and or digital media vendor/ad technology platform.
  • Extensive experience leading and managing technical projects, including problem-solving, strategic technology roadmaps, and implementation.
  • Extensive experience leading and managing marketing analytics projects from ideation through completion.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Communications or related fields.

Job Summary

The Senior Digital Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital media strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing project management and data analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive performance and branding initiatives within a global media agency environment.

Supervisory Responsibility

Digital Media Supervisor

Job Summary

As a Digital Media Supervisor, you will take responsibility for managing the day-to-day digital media activities for clients, including four main areas: Digital Media Strategy, Digital Media Planning, Supervising & Monitoring, and Reporting. These activities run across the entire field of Digital Marketing with no limitations including Online Display, Social, Online Video, Search Engine Marketing, Sponsorship, Gaming, Mobile Marketing, and other new Digital-related technologies/platforms.

Job Responsibility

1. Digital Media Strategy

  • Coordinate campaign brainstorming and planning from the big picture stage through execution, final analysis, and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital media consumers’ behavior. Come up with insights and recommendations that will generate an effective digital approach.
  • Support the Line Manager in strategic digital media planning in campaign strategy sessions.

  • Provide instruction and supervision as needed to meet KPIs with optimized spending.

4. Reporting

  • Oversee and directly prepare tracking and reporting for digital campaigns and sending out to relevant parties.
  • Final review of all digital tracking and reporting before sending to relevant parties.
  • Deeply understand and have prior experience with tracking platforms from reading, set-up, and management.
  • Proven ability to use digital reporting systems like GDS and Supermetrics to create reports.
