Job Summary

The HR Collaborator will assist the Human Resources (HR) team including recruitment, and compensation & benefit (C&B) tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient process of HR activities.

Job Responsibility

1. Recruitment tasks:

  • Gather and organize resumes from recruitment platforms. Accurately input candidate information into the database and generate reports.
  • Screen and evaluate applications, particularly for entry positions (Intern/ Trainee), to identify potential candidates with the Senior’s guidance.
  • Prepare interview materials and provide necessary support throughout the process.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
  • Support HR teams in organizing and arranging internal and external meetings.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

2. C&B tasks:

  • Keep and manage employee’s profile and related personal records, handle physical employee’s documents from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Handle monthly timesheet and payroll of collaborator.
  • Handle social insurance registration.
  • Handle other paperwork for the HR team.

Required Skills/ Abilities

  • Strictly comply with company confidentiality policies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, clear and concise verbal and written communication (English & Vietnamese).
  • Think critically with a result-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience and Education

  • Have at least 6 months of working experience in HR positions with experience in recruitment and C&B.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Auditing, or related field.
  • Foundation knowledge of Human Resources and Employment Laws.

  • Collaborate with the teams to finalize job descriptions and post them on various recruitment channels.
  • Collect and screen candidate resumes.
  • Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interview sessions.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
  • Support HR teams in organizing and arranging internal and external meetings.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

2. C&B tasks:
