Job Summary

As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of multi-platform social media campaigns, transforming strategy into content calendars, outreach tactics, and performance insights. You will be responsible for managing a team, maintaining content quality, and driving consistent engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Experience with social commerce is a strong advantage, as we continue evolving toward content-driven conversion.

Supervisory Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of 2-3 members, providing direction and support to ensure high performance and strategic alignment.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between the social media team and other departments, especially Client Service, Strategic Planning and Creative teams.

Job Responsibility

1. Social Media Planning

  • Research and analyze audience behaviors and platform trends to inform content direction and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Planning & Creative teams to develop social media strategies, outreach plans, and content ideas aligned with broader communication objectives.
  • Build and maintain detailed content calendars to ensure consistent, relevant, and engaging social presence.

2. Social Media Performance

  • Work with internal teams and external partners (media, KOLs, social listening, etc.) to execute social campaigns across Paid – Owned – Earned channels.
  • Define performance tracking methodology and reporting cadence in collaboration with Strategic Planning and Client Service.
  • Consolidate data, analyze results, and deliver reports with actionable insights on a campaign, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize future executions.

3. Community & Advocacy Management

  • Oversee community engagement and ensure brand voice consistency across platforms.
  • Support the development of advocacy strategies involving KOLs, KOCs, and online communities.
  • Monitor conversations and social trends to identify real-time engagement opportunities and potential risks.

4. Team Development

  • Train/ Coach Social team members based on their specific needs.
  • Well-supervise and keep close communication with all team members through on-daily jobs.
  • Share relevant social trends, platform updates, and campaign benchmarks with internal teams to enhance collective knowledge.

Required Skills/ Abilities

  • Strong project management skills to ensure existing projects run smoothly and new opportunities are scoped and executed efficiently.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience sharing new ideas with clients. English efficiency is a must.
  • Social platform expertise is needed: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
  • Attention to detail and organizational excellence, especially under tight timelines.
  • Strategic and creative mindset – able to connect business needs to content direction.
  • Experience in social commerce – such as managing TikTok Shop, Meta product tagging, affiliate KOL content, or conversion-focused campaigns – is a strong plus.
  • Highly responsible, self-driven, and collaborative in cross-team environments.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other core marketing tools.

Experience and Education

  • At least 7 years of working experience in an Advertising agency.
  • Deep knowledge of social planning, implementation, and market trends.
  • Working experience with Japanese clients/ brands is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ digital marketing/ communications or related fields.

Social Insight & Data Analyst

Job Summary

The Social Insight & Data Analytics role is responsible for transforming social listening data, competitor tracking, and campaign performance into actionable insights that strengthen the team’s strategic recommendations. He/ She will work closely with the Strategy and Client Service teams to ensure that proposals, reports, and brand strategies are data-backed, business-relevant, and grounded in a clear understanding of audience behavior and market trends.

Job Responsibility

1. Social Listening & Insight Development

  • Conduct social listening and social data analysis to identify consumer conversations, sentiment, audience behaviors, and emerging trends relevant to clients’ categories.
  • Translate raw social data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that can be applied to brand strategy and campaign planning.
  • Conduct social/category research to support new business pitches and ongoing account strategy development.

2. Competitor/Brands & Market Tracking

  • Track competitor and client social activities, campaigns, and SOV (Share of Voice) on a regular basis to maintain an overall view of brand performance and strategy on social; flag notable movements or opportunities to the team.
  • Monitor industry, platform, and cultural trends (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, etc.) to keep the team updated on what’s relevant for clients.

3. Performance Learning & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign and content performance data to identify what worked, what didn’t, and why; turn this into “performance learnings” that inform future planning.
  • Build clear, client-ready reports and dashboards (social listening reports, competitor benchmarking, campaign performance reviews) using data visualization best practices.
  • Support the Planning team with data points, benchmarks, and evidence to strengthen the persuasiveness of proposals.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Social Planners, Account, and Creative teams to ensure insights are integrated early into the planning process, not just used for post-campaign reporting.
  • Present insight findings clearly and confidently to internal teams and, when required, directly to clients.
  • Other duties depending on project requirements.

Required Skills/ Abilities

  • Strong analytical thinking; comfortable working with both quantitative data and qualitative/social conversation analysis.
  • Proficient in a range of analytical tools (social listening platforms, social media analytics tools, Google Analytics, influencer marketing tools, etc.) for proactively conducting insight findings and campaign performance evaluation.
  • Good at communication in both English & Vietnamese, with the ability to turn data into a clear, persuasive story or chart.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a must.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple data sources/projects at once.
  • Curious and proactive in following social trends, platform updates, and new research methodologies.
  • Solution-oriented and able to translate findings into business-relevant recommendations.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate data synthesis, trend research, and report/insight drafting.

Experience and Education

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in social listening, market research, data/insight analysis, or a related analytical role, preferably within an agency or social media research company.
  • Experience working with social listening tools and interpreting social/digital performance metrics.
  • Understanding of the agency working process and how insights are applied to campaign planning and client proposals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
