The Senior Digital Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital media strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing project management and data analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive performance and branding initiatives within a global media agency environment.
Supervisory Responsibility
Able to be both a leader of a team of 4 to 5 members pod as well as to be a team player in promoting team cohesiveness.
Provide job specifications to all members of the team and ensure timely appraisal of their performance on objectives to be met.
Job Responsibility
1. Strategic planning
Develop market-leading performance/ branding strategies utilizing the relevant channels within the client remit.
Understand client products and commercial objectives as well as clients themselves.
Responsible for overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation, and post-campaign review for your set of brands.
Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/ develop measurement methodology against all briefs.
2. Project management
Organize and coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure an efficient and integrated way of working.
Build client satisfaction by soliciting feedback and operating as a consultant.
Work with team members/ managers to control workflow and resource allocation, prioritizing where necessary and managing client expectations.
Resolve major ad operations issues with publisher partners or creative partners.
Able to guide and supervise the implementation and operational aspects of the business including digital ad serving, digital operations, finance operations, and traditional media buying operations.
3. Data Management & Analytics
Have knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Super metrics, and CRM to ensure proper tracking of performance projects.
Required Skills/ Abilities
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights.
Results orientations with strong independent and team project management and time management skills.
Strong quantitative/ analytical skills and ability to drive forward-thinking while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving.
Ability to understand and analyze digital data, review reports, and set benchmarks.
Significant experience at all levels of agency-client relationships.
Experience and Education
Minimum 7-8 years of client servicing experience in a global media agency environment.
Demonstrated ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets to create and translate insights into compelling presentations.
Extensive experience leading and managing technical projects, including problem-solving, strategic technology roadmaps, and implementation.
Extensive experience leading and managing marketing analytics projects from ideation through completion.

Job Summary
A Senior Digital Media Executive is responsible for implementing and supervising digital media activities for the assigned brands. This role requires a self-motivated, hard-working, and enthusiastic team member with a passion for the Digital Marketing and Advertising industry.
Job Responsibility
1. Digital Planning:
Analyze client briefs to gain a comprehensive understanding of both business and marketing contexts.
Conduct internal discussions with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive digital media strategies that address client challenges and drive business outcomes.
Establish strong communication with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable FOC deals for clients.
Collaborate closely with other functional teams to consolidate proposals, ensuring consistency and completeness.
Work with the internal team to allocate SOW effectively, developing plans that are both timely and well-suited to project requirements.
Deliver direct presentations to clients, showcasing campaign strategies, performance, and insights.
Provide digital consultation to internal teams and clients, working closely with the CS team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
2. Campaign Optimizing & Monitoring:
+ Optimizing:
Implement ad setups precisely according to the plan.
Establish budget limits and guidelines to prevent campaign overspending.
Ensure brand safety by adhering to blacklist exclusions provided by the Ministry of Information and Communications and following vendor/supplier recommendations.
+ Monitoring:
Monitor campaigns closely to meet KPIs and planned performance targets.
Maximize campaign performance and achieve additional KPIs through earned metrics.
Minimize costs to enhance campaign profitability.
3. Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills/ Abilities
Good understanding of digital performance marketing and platform offerings (i.e., SEM, Social, Display, etc.).
DSP experience (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
Familiar with tracking & reporting platforms.
Strong at digital set up & optimization.
Budget planning and analytical skills.
Experience in managing projects and deliverables.
Experience and Education
Strong digital background with a strategic outlook.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Media/ Advertising agency.
Experience in working directly with Facebook, Google, and other publishers.
Having Industry-recognized training and certification is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Communications or related fields.
