Job Summary

As the Director of Digital Transformation, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing digital strategies for both our internal operations and client projects. Supporting the CDXO and engaging with client CXO-level executives, you will manage and oversee projects across CDP, e-commerce, website and app development, and CRM to enhance customer experiences and optimize business performance.

Job Responsibility

1. In-House Business (50%)

  • Plan and execute in-house Digital Strategy.
  • Support CDXO.

2. Client Business (50%)

  • Plan a digital marketing transformation strategy.
  • Create the digital marketing transformation proposal (CDP/e-commerce/Website development/App development/CRM).
  • Manage the implementation of digital marketing transformation projects.
  • Supervise reports to clients.
  • Negotiate with the client’s CXO level.

Manager, Digital Transformation

Job Summary

The Manager of Digital Transformation will play a key role in supporting the execution and management of digital transformation projects at Hakuhodo Digital Vietnam. This position will report directly to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and work closely with internal teams and clients to drive digital initiatives and improve digital customer experiences. Digital transformation projects include the Website, App, EC website, fan-base marketing, CDP, CRM, and Marketing Automation.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated digital transformation projects. Contribute to client and in-house digital transformation projects under the guidance of the CDO.
  • Work closely with the digital transformation team to provide necessary support to the CDO. Engage in collaborative efforts with other departments to integrate digital strategies across the company.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the website, ensuring it meets the latest standards and provides excellent user experience.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve our website’s visibility and ranking on search engines.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of marketing digital transformation projects for clients. Assist in managing client relationships and communications.
  • Contribute to the management of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Assist in supervising client reports and provide support in client negotiations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and transformation. Apply this knowledge to contribute to innovative and effective strategies.

Required Skills/ Abilities

  • Proficiency in analytics tools for evaluating customer experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in website development, analysis, and SEO.
  • Experience leading digital projects and presenting to clients.

Experience and Education

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing or digital transformation roles.
  • Experience in the fields of CDP, e-commerce, website development, app development, and CRM.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
