Senior Social Media Specialist
Full Time | Ho Chi Minh City
Job Summary
The Senior Social Media Specialist oversees project management and strategic planning to enhance the effectiveness of client campaigns. This individual is tasked with crafting tailored social media proposals, drawing insights from an analysis of the client’s past campaign performances and social data. Key responsibilities include managing social networking sites, coordinating with various social outreach channels such as influencers, communities, and seeding initiatives, and executing campaigns with precision to meet designated objectives.
Job Responsibility
1. Social Media Planning
- Utilize social data to develop creative and innovative strategies ensuring client campaigns reach their intended audience effectively within budget constraints.
- Prepare professional proposals encompassing strategy development through to execution.
- Stay abreast of trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to enhance planning capabilities.
- Analyze post-campaign data to refine future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain strategic plans aligned with key performance indicators.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain a brand presence on social media, ensuring active engagement through comments, direct messaging, and interactive activities like contests and mini-games.
- Promote brand content consistently across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Zalo, and other forums.
- Coordinate with a range of influencers and social outreach channels for campaign execution, from scouting and quoting to content planning and performance tracking.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to gather feedback and make timely revisions.
- Compile data necessary for creating detailed proposals and reports.
- Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently to meet agreed-upon KPIs and budgetary guidelines.
- Supervise and manage junior team members throughout project execution.
- Other duties depend on project requirements.
Required Skills/ Abilities
- Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent project management capabilities including quotation preparation, timeline tracking, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Skilled in presentation delivery and critical thinking.
- Proficient in the use of social media platforms and social management tools.
- Well-versed in the dynamics of working with KOLs, KOCs, influencers, and the community from conceptualization through to execution.
- Keen follower of trends with the ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
- Patient, dedicated, and passionate about social media management.
- Supportive, responsible, and capable of independent work.
- Focused on solutions with a strong orientation towards client service.
Experience and Education
- Have at least 1-2 years of working experience in Advertising in the related position.
- Have good knowledge and proficient usage of SNS & Social Management tools.
- Understand the market and working process between agency & influencers/ communities/ booking agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Communications or related field.

Social Media Intern

Job Summary
As a Social Media Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to join a dynamic, passionate, and ambitious team, working on a variety of social media campaigns for multiple brands. This role will allow you to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of social media, helping you grow your skills and expand your expertise.
Job Responsibility
1. Monitoring & Report – 40%
- Monitoring Social Platform (Facebook Fanpage, Instagram Business, Tiktok,…): reply comments and inbox, maintain users’ interaction, collect and fill data contests/minigames…
- Social Analysis – Report Analysis: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, VOC, Sentiment
2. Project management (Project, timeline, human) – 40%
- Support to implement all booking related tasks on social media, especially KOLs/Community booking.
- Ensure project timeline, paperwork process, payment with suppliers.
- Report progress and quality of work to your mentor.
3. Social Experts – 20%
- Stay on top of industry trends, seek out and share information on new channel opportunities to apply to client business needs, and provide insight by vertical.
- Support team members to grow up and develop social skills together.
4. Other assigned tasks by Line manager.
Required Skills/ Abilities
- Knowledge in terms of Digital Marketing, Communications, and the industry.
- Up to date with new trends and developments.
- Excellent in task management, time management.
- Be able to work under pressure.

- Hard-working attitude.
Experience and Education
- Have experience in managing Fanpage and working with KOLs/ influencers is highly preferred.
- Be able to work full-time, on-site for 6-12 months.
- Fresh graduate/ final year student.
