Supervisory Responsibility

• Provide day-to-day direction, feedback, and support to team members.
• Oversee workload distribution to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Act as the initial escalation point for resolving internal team issues.
• Mentor and coach junior staff to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Job Responsibility

• Independently lead medium or large projects under the direct supervision of the Line Manager.
• Develop and oversee project proposals, implement plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, nurturing relationships and managing expectations.
• Report project/ program statuses to clients.
• Competitor review, weekly and monthly report (Advertising, Digital, PR, ATL & BTL activities).
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors as required.
• Undertake other tasks assigned.

Experience and Education

• Have a strong experience/ background in the Tech/ Mobile industry.
• Have at least 3-4 years of agency working experience in all areas of IMC, especially asset production.
• Have knowledge in Marketing, Digital, Communication, and Research.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Communications or related fields.

Job Responsibility

• Act as a “gatekeeper” for quality control. Involve communication in whole internal and external meetings from the beginning steps until the campaign ends.
• Project execution and management: receive briefs and work with functional teams or seek out suitable resources.
• Participate and contribute to strategic planning and creative development through market/ competitor reviews and research support for internal team.
• Daily contact with the client on project WIP & reports. Prepare reports for internal teams. Do market and competitor reviews.
• Manage and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
• Other tasks assigned by the Account Manager/ Account Director.

• Good knowledge of brand communication.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Communications or related fields.

• Report on projects for internal teams and clients. Do market and competitor reviews.
