Senior Digital Media Executive

Job Summary

A Senior Digital Media Executive is responsible for implementing and supervising digital media activities for the assigned brands. This role requires a self-motivated, hard-working, and enthusiastic team member with a passion for the Digital Marketing and Advertising industry.

Job Responsibility

1. Digital Planning:

  • Analyze client briefs to gain a comprehensive understanding of both business and marketing contexts.
  • Conduct internal discussions with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive digital media strategies that address client challenges and drive business outcomes.
  • Establish strong communication with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable FOC deals for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with other functional teams to consolidate proposals, ensuring consistency and completeness.
  • Work with the internal team to allocate SOW effectively, developing plans that are both timely and well-suited to project requirements.
  • Deliver direct presentations to clients, showcasing campaign strategies, performance, and insights.
  • Provide digital consultation to internal teams and clients, working closely with the CS team to ensure alignment and effective communication.

2. Campaign Optimizing & Monitoring:

+ Optimizing:

  • Implement ad setups precisely according to the plan.
  • Establish budget limits and guidelines to prevent campaign overspending.
  • Ensure brand safety by adhering to blacklist exclusions provided by the Ministry of Information and Communications and following vendor/supplier recommendations.

+ Monitoring:

  • Monitor campaigns closely to meet KPIs and planned performance targets.
  • Maximize campaign performance and achieve additional KPIs through earned metrics.
  • Minimize costs to enhance campaign profitability.

3. Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills/ Abilities

  • Good understanding of digital performance marketing and platform offerings (i.e., SEM, Social, Display, etc.).
  • DSP experience (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Familiar with tracking & reporting platforms.
  • Strong at digital set up & optimization.
  • Budget planning and analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing projects and deliverables.

Experience and Education

  • Strong digital background with a strategic outlook.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Media/ Advertising agency.
  • Experience in working directly with Facebook, Google, and other publishers.
  • Having Industry-recognized training and certification is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Communications or related fields.
