Job Summary

The Account Director plays a pivotal role in leading 360° Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaigns, acting as the key connector between clients and internal teams. This position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to coach junior team members while ensuring high-quality service delivery and business growth.

Supervisory Responsibility

You will supervise and mentor a team of 3-5 members. Your leadership will be essential in providing strategic direction, performance feedback, and fostering professional development for your team.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee the development of integrated marketing communication (IMC) campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment across departments and delivering compelling proposals that meet client objectives.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, managing briefs, budgets, and expectations while fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, consistently striving to expand client portfolios and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor project performance, including sales and gross profit (GP), and provide actionable insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Participate in internal training initiatives, contribute cross-functionally when needed, and engage in strategic discussions with the Board of Directors.

Experience and Education

  • 7-9 years of experience in the Marketing & Communication industry.
  • Previous experience as an Account Director or Associate Account Director.
  • Solid through-the-line experience across various industries.
  • Proven track record working in both Automotive and FMCG sectors (e.g., food, homecare).
  • Knowledge in Communication, Marketing, Research, and Business Development is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

Account Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Account Intern to assist in managing client accounts, coordinating projects, and executing campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience in account management, client communication, and creative execution. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution.
  • Support in writing proposal development. Work with internal teams to produce the best outputs.
  • Support to manage project scope and timelines. Implement any necessary processes and procedures.
  • Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure input products meet desired quality and are delivered within deadlines.
  • Work with other internal departments such as Strategic Planning/ Digital Media/ Creative/ Social to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Administrative tasks under the line manager’s direction: setting up meetings, checking, records, contracts, paperwork, etc.
  • Prepare reports for the client and internal team.
