Job Summary

You are responsible for the ownership of overseeing client’s projects by leading and monitoring our 360° Communication Campaign. You will bridge the gap between clients and our internal teams ensuring the top-quality work of each project while coaching your junior team members.

Supervisory Responsibility

As part of this role, you will have direct supervisory responsibilities for 1-3 Executives in the team.

Job Responsibility

  • Take all responsibility for the client project: lead BTL and IMC campaigns.
  • Monitor all project activities to ensure the greatest satisfaction delivery to the client.

Account Supervisor

Job Summary

The Account Supervisor is responsible for the ownership of overseeing the client’s projects by leading and monitoring our IMC Campaigns. He/ She has to connect both client & internal teams effectively to ensure the high quality of each project.

The role of this position also includes coaching the junior team members.

Supervisory Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day direction, feedback, and support to team members.
  • Oversee workload distribution to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
  • Act as the initial escalation point for resolving internal team issues.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Independently lead medium or large projects under the direct supervision of the Line Manager.
  • Develop and oversee project proposals, implement plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, nurturing relationships and managing expectations.
  • Report project/ program statuses to clients.
  • Competitor review, weekly and monthly report (Advertising, Digital, PR, ATL & BTL activities).
  • Manage suppliers and subcontractors as required.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned.

Job Summary

A Senior Account Executive takes responsibility for daily communication with internal teams and clients to deliver work progress. This position’s roles also consist of making reports, doing market, competitor, and communication reviews.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a “gatekeeper” for quality control. Involve communication in whole internal and external meetings from the beginning steps until the campaign ends.
  • Project execution and management: receive briefs and work with functional teams or seek out suitable resources.
